Refund policy

1. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
   
2. A refund will be provided when we are notified of a cancellation within 48 hours of a planned lesson.
   
3. A refund may be provided if less than 48 hours notice is provided based upon our discretion.
   
4. You are entitled to a refund or a replacement tutor if our agreed tutor cannot perform the lesson at the agreed time and an alternative time cannot be arranged.
